2x Proof of Address (Bank Statement (dated within last 3 months), Council Tax (dated within last 12 months), P45 (dated within the last 3 months), Utility Bill (dated within the last 3 months)
Proof of RTW – If UK residence please bring your UK Passport/Birth Certificate. If you are outside of the UK please make sure you bring your Biometric Card.
Driving Licence (If you drive)
Vaccination Proof (Card and NHS App)
